Tax at the Table

How tax leaders can free up capacity, get ahead of risk, and influence business decisions earlier.

  • Thursday, October 15 | 1:00 PM CT
  • ~50 minutes + Live Q&A
  • CPE Credit Available

Today’s tax teams have valuable business insight, but they’re rarely given the opportunity to use it.

Buried under filings, reconciliations, license management, and constant regulatory change, many teams are left out of strategic conversations until after key decisions have already been made.

This webinar showcases how leading tax organizations are creating capacity, earning influence, and securing a seat at the table before critical business decisions are made.

Save Your Seat

You’ll Learn How To:

  • Evaluate whether your compliance foundation is strong enough to support a more strategic role.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce repetitive work and create capacity without neglecting compliance fundamentals.
  • Build cross-functional relationships that get tax into strategic conversations earlier.
  • Map your team’s progress using a tax maturity framework that shows where you stand today and what the next stage requires.
  • Report the metrics that demonstrate the tax team’s contribution to risk management, financial performance, and business growth.
